Helen McLellan
Director, Total Health Events
Summa cum laude graduate of the University of Toronto in psychology and South Asian languages led her to pursue graduate studies in clinical child psychology at York University.
Extensive travelling throughout Europe, the Middle East and India in the early 70s resulted in a lasting interest in natural medicine and spiritual growth. She continued her travels with Indian spiritual masters in North America and established meditation centres in Canada during the early 70s.
In 1979, she attended the second annual Total Health convention at the Royal York Hotel in Toronto and was so impressed that she began work in the natural health field as editor of the Consumer Health Newsletter, and in recent years began directing the Total Health Show.
Believing strongly that a healthy and balanced life results from love and gratitude to others, living according to the laws of nature, seeking the real meaning of life, and following the path of consciousness, Helen seeks to impart these principles into the spirit of the Total Health show.
