Patrick Holford is widely regarded as Britain’s leading spokesman on nutrition and mental health issues. In 1984, he founded the Institute for Optimum Nutrition (ION), an independent educational charity, with his mentor, twice Nobel Prize winner Dr Linus Pauling, as patron.
