Ed Dailey, RN (New York, New York)

Ed Dailey has been a nurse for more than 23 years and worked in several clinical settings, including psychiatry, post-surgical, oncology, HIV medicine and integrative medicine. He is a graduate and faculty member of the Urban Zen Integrative Therapy (UZIT) Program, offered by the Urban Zen Foundation, and spent 18 months implementing yoga therapy at Beth Israel Medical Center in New York City. Ed will educate on a methodology that can be easily implemented in our daily lives, so we can begin to change the body’s assimilation and elimination patterns. Through these changes we ultimately create a vibrant and healthy brain. Ed's ongoing research has led to countless aromatic discoveries in the use of Young Living Essential Oils and oil infused supplements, yoga therapy, nutrition, and fitness.

Ed’s presentation will outline how stress affects the body/mind physiology and he will offer a simple yet sustainable hands-on experience for a healthier life. By utilizing specific yoga sequences, breath awareness techniques, meditation techniques, mindfulness practices, and Young Living Essential Oils, participants will leave with the skills needed to live and cope effectively with stress.
